- 1 bunch asparagus (about 20 spears)
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus.
- Divide asparagus into 10 small bundles.
- Wrap each bundle with one slice of bacon.
- Place bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Serve immediately.
