Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
