Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Coat steak with olive oil and season generously.
- Place steak in smoker and cook for 2 hours.
- Increase heat to 450°F and sear for 2 minutes per side.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
