Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
