- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
