Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use liners.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Add the spinach, feta cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can add diced tomatoes or bell peppers for extra flavor.
